The 2018 Discovery Sport Hybrid will run a 1.5 L petrol engine with three cylinders combined with an electric motor. A similar petrol-hybrid powertrain is also expected in the Range Rover Evoque plug-in hybrid model. This circuit will allow the autonomy of the vehicle up to 50 kilometers.
In addition to the hybrid drive, the changes are expected in the interior. Land Rover’s improved cabin infotainment, though it’s likely to retain a center console screen. The current car starts at £ 28,355. It’s £ 6000 cheaper than the X3. The updated SUV will hit next year’s showrooms.
