Patrol is one of Nissan’s many heritage models and was first unveiled in the year 1951. It sells in Japan, Caribbean, Middle East, Latin America and Africa as a large 4X4 SUV. Direct competitors are Toyota’s Land Cruiser while for the UK and USA markets, Nissan provides an upscaled model with the Infinity tag.
